    What Do We Expect?
    Because our team members are usually the only people our customers have contact with, you are WashPro to them. This is why we are very selective in the people we ask to join the team. If you do become a member you will have to meet the following expectations:

  • You Must Have Reliable Transportation Because You Must Be On Time
  • You Must Comply With All of Our Uniform and Appearance Policies Shirts tucked in and buttoned, bow tie properly placed, shoes tied, etc.
    • Pants/shorts worn at appropriate level
    • Plain white t-shirts only under the WashPro uniform shirt
    • Hair must be neatly trimmed and kept (off collar & ears for males / pulled back for females)
    • No facial hair (mustaches, beards, goatees, etc.) and clean shaven
    • No earrings for males; No large earrings, bracelets or other jewelry for females
    • No visible body piercing
    • Nametags must be worn at all times
  • You Must Show Up to Work with a Smile and a Positive Attitude
  • You Must Be Willing to Work Outdoors in All Weather Conditions
  • You Must Have a “Whatever it Takes” Attitude for Our Customers
  • You Must Be Able to Attend Monthly Team Meetings (6am to 7am)
  • You Must Be an Honest Person with a High Level of Integrity
  • You Must Have a Strong Basic Arithmetic Skill Set
  • You Must Pass a Criminal History Screening (18 years and older)
